Philosopher of physics and science, interested in modern physics and its epistemology. I am currently a graduate student in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at the London School of Economics.
My research has so far focused on Hawking radiation and the use of idealized models in the framework of quantum field theory in black hole spacetimes. My current primary research project looks at whether and how theories of confirmation can justify knowledge acquisition without experimentation in contemporary theoretical physics.
I also work on formal social epistemology and the philosophy of sex, sexuality and gender. I have co-founded and co-organise a reading group on the latter.
In my free time I play basketball, climb, cook vegan Sichuan food, play guitar and dance.
